Job Title: Sales Team Lead

Job Summary:

The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the sales team at THE OXYGEN MART LTD. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team of sales staff and ensure the successful execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient sales operations.
  • Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage cash, and maintain accurate financial records.
