As a Recruitment Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Serving as a consultant to hiring managers, addressing all recruitment needs
  2. Collaborating with HR partners and leadership to identify immediate and future hiring requirements
  3. Contributing to strategic recruitment initiatives, including diversity and inclusion efforts, employer branding, and campus recruitment
  4. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards
  5. Working closely with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  6. Managing the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, and offer management
  7. Building a talent network for key positions through proactive sourcing and selection
  8. Leading specific recruitment projects based on organizational needs
  9. Engaging with hiring managers through on-site interactions during the interview process

We would like you to possess:

  1. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for interviews as needed
  2. Post-secondary education or relevant HR certification; equivalent experience will be considered
  3. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the property or construction sectors
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities, innovative sourcing techniques, and extensive networking skills to identify diverse candidates
  5. Confidence in collaborating with and influencing management at all levels
  6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and listening skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  7. Highly organized and efficient, with strong time management skills to thrive in a dynamic environment
  8. Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating a sense of urgency and results-oriented mindset
  9. Professional demeanor, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
