As a Recruitment Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as a consultant to hiring managers, addressing all recruitment needs
- Collaborating with HR partners and leadership to identify immediate and future hiring requirements
- Contributing to strategic recruitment initiatives, including diversity and inclusion efforts, employer branding, and campus recruitment
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards
- Working closely with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Managing the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, and offer management
- Building a talent network for key positions through proactive sourcing and selection
- Leading specific recruitment projects based on organizational needs
- Engaging with hiring managers through on-site interactions during the interview process
We would like you to possess:
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for interviews as needed
- Post-secondary education or relevant HR certification; equivalent experience will be considered
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the property or construction sectors
- Strong problem-solving abilities, innovative sourcing techniques, and extensive networking skills to identify diverse candidates
- Confidence in collaborating with and influencing management at all levels
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and listening skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Highly organized and efficient, with strong time management skills to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating a sense of urgency and results-oriented mindset
- Professional demeanor, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
