Key Responsibilities- Budgetary Management
Develop and manage budgets for recruitment initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
Policy DevelopmentEstablish and implement policies and procedures for recruitment, talent management, and employee development, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Recruitment StrategyDesign, develop, and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
Team LeadershipLead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and productivity.
Reporting and AnalysisOversee the preparation of regular reports on recruitment metrics, employee data, and market trends, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Stakeholder EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior management, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements- Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
SkillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Computer and TechnologyProficient in MS Windows and other relevant software applications.
Work ConditionsAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
