Position Overview

Skyhawk Transport Services Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Information Management: Supply essential information to clients and the public, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Customer Service: Gather and process information necessary for delivering outstanding customer support.
  • Office Administration: Order and maintain office supplies, manage work records, and perform clerical tasks such as filing and sorting mail.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient use of time.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle payments and invoices, maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Answer and relay telephone calls and messages, arrange teleconferences, and provide directory assistance.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Work Environment

The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure with tight deadlines. Attention to detail is crucial, as well as the ability to manage repetitive tasks effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willingness to learn; prior experience is not mandatory.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
