Position Overview

Qualifications

  • Facilitate access to computer networks for users.

  • Maintain a log of problems and solutions for reference by other technical support staff.
  • Contribute to the redesign of applications and software.
  • Offer support for business systems, networks, and Internet services in response to user challenges.
  • Set up equipment for staff use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and necessary software.
  • Execute backup and recovery operations for web servers.
