Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Procedures: Establish and maintain efficient office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle electronic inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Information Management: Compile and maintain accurate and up-to-date information, including filing systems and databases.
  • Supply Management: Order and maintain office supplies and materials.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to service areas, and provide general assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
