The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales and Revenue Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales and revenue strategy, driving growth and profitability for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and revenue strategy to drive growth and profitability for our organization.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and expectations and providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and closing deals.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales reports to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of sales performance.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the distribution industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
