Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer service, ensuring a positive brand experience and high customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing UNIQLO's mission and vision, and promoting our products and services.
  • Utilize company tools to maximize sales, profits, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the store and e-commerce teams to integrate store and online business, enhancing the customer purchasing experience.
  • Develop and share insights on new products and services, and provide customer feedback through internal communication channels.
  • Work as a team player, upholding company policies and procedures, and contributing to a positive working environment.
  • Assist management in identifying and resolving issues in the store, and support special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships.
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, read computer terminals, and lift up to 50 pounds.
