The In-store Customer Experience Specialist is a key role at UNIQLO, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive store experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service, ensuring a positive brand experience and high customer satisfaction.

- Utilize company tools to build brand recognition and maximize sales and profits.
- Advocate for the integration of stores and eCommerce, enhancing the customer purchasing experience.
- Develop and share insights on new products and services, providing customer feedback through internal communication channels.
- Work collaboratively as a team player, upholding company policies and procedures.
- Assist management in identifying and resolving issues in the store, supporting special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods, read computer terminals, and perform physical tasks as required.
