Job Summary

The In-store Customer Experience Specialist is a key role at UNIQLO, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive store experience. This position requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior customer service, ensuring a positive brand experience and high customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's mission and vision through interactions with customers.
  • Utilize company tools to build brand recognition and maximize sales and profits.
  • Advocate for the integration of stores and eCommerce, enhancing the customer purchasing experience.
  • Develop and share insights on new products and services, providing customer feedback through internal communication channels.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player, upholding company policies and procedures.
  • Assist management in identifying and resolving issues in the store, supporting special projects as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, read computer terminals, and perform physical tasks as required.
