About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Exacta Interpreting Inc. as a Recruitment and Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategies: Plan, develop, and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for Exacta Interpreting Inc.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Staff Support: Provide administrative support to staff members, including typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence and documents.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit and hire staff members, including coordinating interviews, reference checks, and onboarding processes.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Language: English (fluency required).
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for recruitment and support.
