Position Overview

Are you seeking a fulfilling career in the automotive industry? Fountain Tire is currently in search of a Journeyman Automotive Service Technician to join our dedicated team.

Compensation: $35 - $45/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring all approved services are completed efficiently.
  • Provide customers and team members with insights on the work performed, overall vehicle condition, and future maintenance needs.
  • Regularly maintain mechanical service equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Safely operate both company and customer vehicles, adhering to cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Foster positive customer relationships by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a Journeyman Automotive Service Technician certification.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive sector and the necessary skills to deliver high-quality mechanical services.
  • Dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and submit a satisfactory Driver's Abstract annually.
