Daily Responsibilities
- Conduct a variety of mechanical services, including brake and suspension work, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance.
- Mentor apprentices, sharing your knowledge and fostering their development in a supportive environment.
- Collaborate with a skilled team on a range of vehicles, from standard cars to light trucks.
- Work with the Sales team to identify potential mechanical opportunities.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and quality in all tasks.
Qualifications for Success
- Certification as an Automotive Service Technician Journeyperson (Red Seal) or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignment.
- Proficient in inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, service, and repairs across various vehicle types.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- A motivated and positive attitude, contributing to a respectful and collaborative work environment.
- Commitment to safety, including the use of required PPE and adherence to work protocols.
