Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Nextgen System Canada. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to user issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on how to use computer systems and software.
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for future reference.
  • Participate in the design and development of new software applications.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with a 37.5 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. The position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
