Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Wild Rose. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to our customers.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our sales team, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis.
- Education: College or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of sales success.
