Role Description

We invite you to join our team as a Project Manager within our Federal Government business unit. In this capacity, you will collaborate with a team of experts overseeing major capital building and infrastructure initiatives.

As a Project Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, advocating for their interests among various stakeholders while providing technical and project leadership to the teams you supervise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate project management activities, including financial, planning, and contracting elements.
  • Utilize various project management tools such as Microsoft Project, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Assist senior team members with project documentation and coordination.
  • Generate internal and external project status reports.
  • Manage and update project budget data, reporting on the financial status of individual projects.
  • Review budget data and forecast project service costs for each quarter.
  • Coordinate consultant drawings, documentation, and other submissions among the project team for review and feedback.
  • Uphold high standards related to the quality of the final product.
  • Support overall project performance, including forecasting, costing, scheduling, and quality assurance.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management with a proven track record of managing projects.
  • Effective leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to influence others and resolve various client, project, and technical issues successfully.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in scheduling (MS Project), word processing (Word), and spreadsheet (Excel) software applications.
  • OAA designation or other industry-recognized credentials, which are considered assets.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a strong asset.
  • Eligibility for Reliability or Secret level security clearance from the Federal Government.
