Role Responsibilities:

As a Systems Software Developer at QNX Software Systems, you will be instrumental in providing integration services and solutions across the entire suite of QNX products. Your duties will encompass troubleshooting technical challenges, crafting innovative solutions, and offering expert guidance to clients. By working collaboratively with internal teams, you will enhance client satisfaction and foster continuous improvement.

Core Duties:

  • Deliver technical assistance for QNX products, including Networking, Multimedia, Graphics, and Integrated Development Environment (IDE);
  • Document and resolve client inquiries, escalating issues as required;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to tackle technical challenges and promote innovation;

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline;
  • 3-5+ years of experience in customer service;
  • Proficient in C programming language;

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
  • Familiarity with shell scripting languages and version control systems;
  • Experience in embedded systems development is a plus;

Work Schedule:

40 hours per week
