As a Systems Software Engineer II, your role will encompass the delivery of professional integration services and solutions for the entire suite of QNX products. This position requires you to tackle intricate technical challenges, offer expert guidance to clients, and work collaboratively with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct troubleshooting and provide customer support for various QNX offerings
- Document and resolve client inquiries effectively
- Collaborate with colleagues to creatively address technical challenges
- 3-5+ years of experience in software development using the C programming language
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in shell scripting and development tools such as GCC and GDB
- Experience with version control systems (SVN, Git) and continuous integration tools (JIRA, Jenkins)
- Familiarity with the QNX operating system and embedded software development practices
- Hands-on experience with embedded systems is advantageous
- A passion for learning new technologies
