Role Responsibilities:
As a Systems Software Developer at QNX Software Systems, you will be instrumental in providing integration services and solutions across our suite of QNX products. Your role will involve diagnosing technical challenges, crafting innovative solutions, and offering expert guidance to our clients. By working closely with internal teams, you will enhance customer satisfaction and promote ongoing improvements.
Core Duties:
- Deliver technical assistance for QNX products, encompassing Networking, Multimedia, Graphics, and Integrated Development Environment (IDE);
- Document and address customer inquiries, escalating issues as required;
- Collaborate with colleagues to tackle technical hurdles and foster innovation;
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline;
- 3-5+ years of experience in customer service;
- Proficient in C programming language;
Skills and Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
- Familiarity with shell scripting languages and version control systems;
- Experience in embedded systems development is a plus;
Work Schedule:
40 hours per week
