We are a leading agricultural company dedicated to sustainable farming practices. Our team is passionate about cultivating high-quality crops, and we are seeking a skilled Farm Labourer to join our grain farming operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and Maintain Crop Health
    • Cultivate crops on our vertical farming system
    • Monitor and control weeds to prevent crop damage
  • Operate and Maintain Farm Equipment
    • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors and forklifts
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition
  • Harvest and Process Crops
    • Harvest crops at the optimal time to ensure maximum quality
    • Process and package crops for distribution
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
    • Be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
    • Experience in agricultural work an asset
  • Physical Demands
    • Be able to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment
    • Be able to lift heavy loads and work in a dusty and noisy environment
  • Language and Communication
    • Fluency in English required
    • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
