We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Farm Worker at The Greenhorizons Group of Farms Ltd. As a key member of our farm team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to crop farming, including clearing fields of wood and stones, weeding, and operating farm equipment.

• Clear fields of wood and stones to prepare them for planting
• Weed and maintain crop health to ensure optimal yields
• Operate farm equipment, including tractors, forklifts, and planters
• Assist with harvesting and post-harvest activities
• Perform other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the farm

As a Farm Worker, you will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work in a variety of weather conditions and may be exposed to dust, noise, and other hazards associated with farm work.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in agriculture or a related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Valid driver's license
