About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a farm worker, responsible for assisting with grain harvesting and other farm-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear fields of wood and stones to ensure optimal crop growth
  • Weed and maintain crop health
  • Operate farm equipment, including tractors and forklifts
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset, but not necessary
  • Ability to work in a dusty and noisy environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
