We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

About the Role

  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
