Your Opportunity:

As a Senior Administrative Coordinator within the Pediatric Community Rehabilitation sector, you will engage in various administrative functions to support the department, programs, interdisciplinary teams, and other relevant stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will encompass managing patient registrations, organizing appointment schedules, processing service referrals, and ensuring accurate data entry and validation. Additional duties may involve maintaining waitlists, generating reports, preparing various documents and correspondence, managing timekeeping tasks, ordering supplies, and assisting with a range of operational activities.

This role may necessitate providing support at multiple sites as operational needs arise. Candidates will be required to complete a skills assessment.

Description:

In the capacity of a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will leverage advanced administrative expertise and specialized knowledge to facilitate complex procedures, practices, and initiatives within the department or program.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience with Meditech and a minimum of three years of relevant administrative experience are essential. Proficiency in various computer applications, including word processing, data entry, email, and internet navigation, is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Self-direction and the capability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team are essential. Physical ability to push, pull, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs is also required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Connect Care is advantageous.
