We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team at 2737275 Ontario Ltd.. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment and supporting various administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities- Work Delegation: Assign tasks to office support personnel effectively.
- Prioritization: Set work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
- Administrative Management: Oversee the administrative functions of the organization.
- Office Services Coordination: Plan and manage office services, including logistics, supplies, and maintenance.
- Budget Assistance: Aid in the preparation and management of the operating budget while maintaining inventory controls.
- Data Management: Compile data and generate periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Data Entry: Execute data entry tasks accurately.
- Administrative Procedures Oversight: Supervise and coordinate office administrative processes.
- Budget Control: Plan and monitor budgetary expenditures.
The position requires the ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
