Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Stouffville Physiotherapy Clinic. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinic's operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our clinic's management team, including preparing meeting minutes, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
    • Ensure the clinic's reception area is well-maintained and welcoming to patients.
  • Communication
    • Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Document Management
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
    • Prepare and distribute reports, letters, and other documents as required.
  • Office Operations
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the clinic's operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Hours
    • 35 hours per week.
