About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Secretary to join our team at A99 International Inc. as a key member of our administrative support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring efficient information management and retrieval.
  • Office Operations: Order office supplies, manage inventory, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after sales, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Screening and Evaluation: Participate in the screening process by asking relevant questions to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
