This position is part of our Personalized Creative team, where we craft emotionally resonant and conversion-driven ideas, products, and campaigns at scale. ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Social Media Community Strategist will oversee the management, curation, and analysis of a brand's social media footprint. Effective community management fosters a profound understanding of audience interactions and engagement across social platforms.

This role will encompass two primary clients in the sports and technology sectors, managing their respective social media accounts. Close collaboration with various business areas (media, technology, and analytics) is essential, as is the ability to approach tasks with insight and strategic thought, grounded in a solid understanding of social platforms and organic content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the planning and upkeep of the content calendar; coordinating daily, monthly, and quarterly efforts with Creative, Design, and client teams.
  • Schedule and publish content across the brand's social media channels.
  • Craft accompanying post copy that reflects the brand's voice.
  • Stay attuned to the competitive and cultural landscape on social media to contribute innovative ideas that position brands at the forefront of new discussions.
  • Provide weekly trend analysis reports.
  • Manage community engagement and moderation by monitoring the brand's platforms, responding to users, engaging relevant accounts, addressing issues like spamming, and escalating crises to the appropriate teams.
  • Serve as a trusted resource on best practices for organic social media, ensuring published content adheres to these standards.
  • Support client teams on an ongoing basis.
  • Analyze organic performance data (weekly, monthly) and leverage insights from regular reports to drive continuous improvement.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

ESSENTIAL:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in community or social media management.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Airtable and Sprout.
  • A passion for social media.
  • Experience with organic social initiatives that have successfully cultivated community.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Capacity to maintain focus under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A commitment to learning and sharing knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
  • A keen eye for detail.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience with emerging technologies.
  • Background in working with sports brands.
