Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Social Vision and Strategy: Identify and prioritize opportunities that align with both company objectives and community interests.
  • Create Social Campaigns: Collaborate with various marketing teams to design and execute top-tier content that adheres to social best practices. Campaigns should be driven by insights and resonate with our target audience.
  • Stay Informed on Trends: Keep abreast of emerging trends at the intersection of culture, finance, social media, and technology, and initiate projects to leverage these trends effectively.
  • Manage Content Calendar: Oversee our content calendar, planning around significant dates, product launches, and relevant client engagement moments. Ensure optimal posting schedules to enhance performance and relevance.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with teams across the organization to creatively utilize social media in support of their priorities and to disseminate key messages to our communities.
  • Oversee Execution and Operations: Partner with creative and production teams to ensure all assets are approved, delivered, and published, with necessary quality assurance.
  • Monitor Performance: Track engagement metrics and provide insights to inform ongoing and future initiatives.
  • Conduct Social Listening: Regularly monitor sentiment and ensure findings are shared with relevant teams.
  • Manage Social Platforms: Oversee our social media tools and platforms, including vendor negotiations and team training.
Qualifications

Proven ability to collaborate with creative teams and agencies to produce compelling and innovative work in rapidly changing markets.

A keen awareness of cultural and brand trends, with a demonstrated ability to integrate these insights into effective social experiences.

Strong creative sensibility – while not necessarily a designer or professional writer, you should understand what exceptional content looks and sounds like and work with our creative team to bring ideas to fruition.

A collaborative mindset, working alongside marketing, PR, and product teams to ensure a cohesive and intentional experience across our social channels.

Experience with social media management and publishing platforms (such as Sprout Social or similar tools).
