About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Solutions Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support across a wide array of Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and tenant management.
  2. Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure a secure, dependable, and effective Microsoft 365 environment.
  3. Offer technical and operational expertise for the adoption of Microsoft 365 within the organization.
  4. Execute operational tasks such as addressing support requests, resolving incidents, granting access, assessing events, and managing issues.
  5. Conduct routine maintenance and support tasks for the Microsoft 365 platform.
  6. Work with end users and support staff to configure, troubleshoot, and maintain all aspects of the Microsoft 365 platform.
  7. Design and configure components on SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.
  8. Assist in developing solutions that meet various business requirements, including workflows, forms, document management, business reports, and dashboards using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  9. Support migration to Office 365 utilizing tools such as Sharegate.
  10. Possess strong knowledge of security components within M365 and a solid understanding of security controls for external sharing.

Qualifications:

  1. 10-15 years of experience in IT, particularly with Microsoft products, ideally with a background in development.
  2. A degree or diploma in Networking or Technology, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  3. Proficient in PowerShell scripting.
  4. Strong knowledge of SPFx (Webpart development).
  5. Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with the ability to engage with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country.
  6. Canadian work experience is required, and candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
