Job Title: Payroll and Benefits Administrator

Canlan Sports is a leading provider of recreational sports complexes in North America, with a focus on innovative programming, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our Central Office team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing payroll services and support to our clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll and benefits for assigned clients
  • Monitor attendance reports and collect necessary data from employees
  • Administer benefit plans and workers' compensation
  • Process leave requests, terminations, and changes in status
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Employment Standards or Collective Agreement obligations
Requirements:
  • Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification
  • 2-5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/Payroll systems
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $57,000 - $63,000
