Glentel Inc., a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join its team. As a key member of the human resources department, you will play a vital role in managing the administration of Glentel's payroll and group benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter new employee profiles in ADP Workforce Now with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Administer monthly benefit enrollments for new and existing employees, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Prepare employment verification letters as needed, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
  • Respond to payroll/benefits related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a friendly and efficient manner, providing clear and concise information.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the human resources department.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills, able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well with others, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to produce reports and analyze data.
