Glentel Inc., a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to join its team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a vital role in managing the administration of Glentel's payroll and group benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities- Enter new employee profiles in ADP Workforce Now with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Administer monthly benefit enrollments for new and existing employees, ensuring seamless transitions and clear audit trails.
- Prepare employment verification letters as needed, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Respond to payroll/benefits related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
- Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Highly organized with excellent time management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills, able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to produce reports and analyze data.
- Knowledge of payroll an asset, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Written and verbal fluency in French an asset, but not required.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $50,000, depending on experience.
