Your Role:

As a District Manager, you will oversee a network of 19 successful offices in the vibrant Calgary South area. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the district, motivating and guiding our team of Associates while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and lead your district, managing daily operations and steering your team towards exceptional outcomes.
  • Develop and execute district-specific strategies aimed at attracting new clients, increasing revenue, and enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage budgets and optimize workforce allocation to maximize efficiency.
  • Plan and lead local business development initiatives to engage potential clients and elevate our brand presence.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a skilled team of seasonal and off-season Associates.
  • Contribute to strategic decisions regarding office locations based on retail footprint analysis.
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and provide strategic insights to maintain our market advantage.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a client-focused, retail, or similar environment, showcasing effective leadership and a commitment to success.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with proficiency in English, both verbal and written, enabling effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities while achieving remarkable results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for innovative thinking.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel up to 50% during peak seasons.
  • A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance are required.
