Freshco Coliseum 8968 Produce Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Produce Department Supervisor to join our team at Freshco Coliseum 8968. As a key member of our produce team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our produce department, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality products and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of produce staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of product quality.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure that our customers have access to a wide range of fresh produce.
- Scheduling and Reporting: Establish work schedules, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that our customers have access to a wide range of fresh produce.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that our staff are meeting their performance goals and providing excellent customer service.
As a Produce Department Supervisor at Freshco Coliseum 8968, you will be working in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and handle heavy loads.
