Produce Operations Supervisor

Completion of secondary education is required.
Experience:Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit and train team members effectively.
- Oversee inventory procurement and manage stock levels.
- Authorize returns of merchandise as necessary.
- Establish and manage employee work schedules.
- Prepare detailed reports regarding sales performance, merchandising strategies, and staffing issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and address inventory shortages.
- Organize and manage inventory processes.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
- Conduct evaluations of employee performance.
- Ability to handle heavy items.
- Regular walking and standing for extended periods.
- Highly organized and dependable.
- Effective team collaborator.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Facilitates training to foster an inclusive workplace for individuals with disabilities.
- Implements recruitment strategies to support newcomers and refugees.
- Creates a welcoming environment for youth employees.
- Targets recruitment efforts towards Veterans and individuals with military backgrounds.
- Connects Indigenous employees with mentors for support.
- Enforces age-inclusive hiring practices for mature candidates.
- Upholds policies to prevent discrimination against visible minorities.
