Assistant Manager for Restaurant Operations

The Assistant Manager for Restaurant Operations will play a vital role in overseeing daily activities within the establishment. This position requires a strong focus on maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Educational Requirements- Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Manage cash flow and prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and cash reports.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance guest experiences.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations to meet business objectives.
Responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 staff members.
Technical Skills- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Experience with spreadsheet management.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Highly organized and efficient.
- A collaborative team player.
Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred. This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 35 to 40 hours per week.
