Job Overview

As the Service Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the daily functions of the Service Center, taking full responsibility for all decisions related to workflow, staffing of technicians, and performance metrics to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.

You will act as the main service consultant at the facility, merging the sales and service processes, while ensuring your team delivers Trek's renowned customer care. This role requires excellent communication and leadership abilities to inspire your colleagues and maximize their potential.

Your responsibilities will include training your staff, engaging with clients to suggest appropriate services at the right moments, managing service expenses, maintaining organized service orders, and ensuring a clean and efficient workspace. You will also play a crucial role in making sure the right bicycles are assembled and ready for display and delivery to customers. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will handle all correspondence from the Service Department to clients and be responsible for drafting a significant portion of the work orders.

This position is ideal for an energetic individual with a passion for continuous learning, who can maintain a broad perspective while focusing on details. You will be tasked with developing your team, identifying efficiencies through service reports, and anticipating the needs of your shop to ensure both service and sales teams thrive.
