Job Overview

As the Service Operations Supervisor, you will take charge of the daily functions of the Service Center, ensuring that all operational decisions regarding workflow, staffing, and performance metrics are effectively managed to provide an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you will serve as the primary service consultant, merging the sales and service processes while holding your team accountable for delivering the renowned hospitality that Trek is known for. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to inspire and maximize the potential of your team.

Your responsibilities will include training your staff, engaging with customers to suggest appropriate services, managing service costs, organizing service orders, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, and actively overseeing the assembly and delivery of bicycles to the sales floor and customers. Excellent communication abilities are crucial, as you will handle all correspondence from the Service Department to customers and be responsible for drafting a significant portion of the work orders.

This position is ideal for a dynamic individual with a passion for continuous learning, who can maintain a broad perspective while also focusing on the details. You will be tasked with developing your team, identifying efficiencies through service reports, and anticipating the needs of your shop to ensure both service and sales teams thrive.
