Company: RENAPS is seeking a skilled Business Process Consultant to enhance client operations through effective ServiceNow integrations.
Location: Remote
Position Overview:
- Expertise in analyzing processes and designing workflows tailored to user requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in roles such as business analyst or business process consultant, particularly with software solutions like ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, or Workday.
- Capability to comprehend user requirements and formulate user stories.
- Excellent communication abilities in both French and English.
- A commitment to continuous professional development, particularly in obtaining ServiceNow certifications.
- Leadership qualities to guide clients and oversee multiple initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
- Interest in business development and teamwork.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- ServiceNow certification (CSA, CIS) is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and integrate ServiceNow solutions for clients.
- Engage in project planning and execution.
- Lead client presentations and workshops.
- Provide innovative solutions for implementation and integration projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to achieve client goals.
- Assess client needs and outline business processes.
- Produce high-quality deliverables.
- Assist in prioritizing backlogs and defining test plans.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure solutions align with client expectations.
