About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Researcher and Administrator to join our team at TAG HR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough legal research, analyzing and interpreting case law, statutes, and precedents, and preparing detailed and organized legal briefs and memos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on various legal topics and provide accurate and timely results
  • Analyze and interpret complex legal documents and case law
  • Prepare high-quality legal briefs and memos
  • Ensure all work is accurate and meets high standards
  • Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive support
  • Stay up-to-date with legal developments and changes in legislation

Requirements

  • Master's in Legal Studies or BA in Legal Studies with an A- to A average
  • Exceptional research skills to find and interpret legal information
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate case law and legal documents
  • Excellent written communication with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Recent graduates are welcome to apply
  • French is an asset
