Job Summary

Western Canada Stucco is seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: Will train on the job
  • Work site environment: Outdoors, dusty
  • Work setting: Various locations
  • Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Personal suitability: Reliability, team player
