Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Liberty Tax Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and overseeing office administrative procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Work under pressure.
  • Tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility.
  • Reliability.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
