About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at Farm Credit Canada. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of technical talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical roles
  • Conduct interviews and negotiate offers
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Provide subject matter expertise throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure compliance with employment, Official Languages, and Human Rights legislation
Requirements
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong understanding of technical recruitment and talent acquisition principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
