Job Title: Medical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our team at Dr Gaurav Mahar Inc.

Job Summary:

The Medical Director will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures for delivery of health care services, and overseeing the analysis of data and information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for delivery of health care services
  • Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
  • Manage contracts
  • Develop evaluation systems to monitor health care services
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Co-ordinate work of doctors, nurses and other staff
  • Consult with boards of directors, senior managers and government officials
  • Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 37.5 hours per week
