We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our team at Dr Gaurav Mahar Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our medical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
- Budgeting and Finance: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring the efficient use of resources.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve optimal performance.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts with healthcare providers and vendors.
- Evaluation and Quality Assurance: Develop evaluation systems to monitor healthcare services and ensure quality standards are met.
- Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of reports and analysis of data to inform business decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
