Healthcare Director

Dr Gaurav Mahar Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Director to lead our medical services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets, establishing policies and procedures, and overseeing the delivery of healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
- Financial Management: Plan and control budgets, manage contracts, and oversee the analysis of data and information.
- Operational Management: Co-ordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Communication and Collaboration: Consult with boards of directors, senior managers, and government officials to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role in healthcare.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
