About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our team at Dr Gaurav Mahar Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of healthcare services
    • Lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
    • Collaborate with senior managers and government officials to develop and implement healthcare strategies
  • Operational Management
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services
    • Manage budgets and expenditures to ensure financial sustainability
    • Develop and implement evaluation systems to monitor healthcare services and identify areas for improvement
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize healthcare needs and develop solutions to address them
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of healthcare services and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. medicine, healthcare administration)
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role in healthcare
    • Proven track record of success in managing budgets, teams, and healthcare services
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
