Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to lead and instruct individuals to achieve business objectives
