Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Lally Bros Holding Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient workflow
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure deadlines are met
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize operational logistics
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Reliability and team player
Work Environment:

Our warehouse is a fast-paced environment with a focus on productivity and efficiency. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be working in a team-oriented environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

40 hours per week.
