General Overview:

The main responsibility of the Operations Administrative Coordinator will be to supervise and manage all activities within the distribution center, from the entry of trailers to their exit. This role involves data entry, document preparation to facilitate operations, generating and updating reports, and effectively communicating any discrepancies both orally and in writing.

  • Constantly monitoring and regulating distribution center operations.
  • Inputting data into systems to track and manage operational activities.
  • Conveying electronic and verbal information to clients, our department, and other teams.
  • Ensuring appropriate product placement within the distribution center according to allocations and volumes.
  • Addressing client inquiries regarding product requisitions.
  • Assisting with product receipt and dispatch to fulfill client requirements.
  • Verifying that requested trailers align with planned ones and that quantities meet shipping demands.
  • Entering data to aid the team in their daily planning.
  • Managing any anomalies that arise.
  • Preparing all necessary documentation to support trailer shipments and ensuring compliance with information standards.
  • Communicating shipping and receiving details to various stakeholders.
  • Generating, printing, and disseminating required reports.
  • Carrying out any additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.
